Use this page to understand how to request export, deletion, or account removal for data processed by Attribution.ai. For fastest routing, email support@attribution.ai with the request type, workspace name, requester email, and the customer identifier involved.

Customer data deletion

Workspace owners and admins can request deletion for a customer by email or customer ID. We scrub personal identifiers while preserving aggregate reporting needed for accounting and attribution consistency.

Customer data export

Workspace members can request a scoped export of records held for a customer when responding to a data subject access request.

Account deletion

Account holders can request removal of their user account and workspace access. We immediately stop processing through that account and retain only records required for security, billing, or legal obligations.

Shopify privacy webhooks

Attribution.ai processes Shopify customer data-request, customer redact, and shop redact webhooks for connected stores and records each request for auditability.

What to include

  • Your workspace or store name.
  • The requester's name and email address.
  • The customer email, customer ID, or Shopify customer ID when applicable.
  • Whether you need export, deletion, account removal, or clarification.

Response timing

We acknowledge privacy requests within one business day and complete verified requests within the time required by applicable law. Deletion can be limited where retention is required for security, billing, fraud prevention, audit logs, legal obligations, or aggregate measurement integrity.
