Data Deletion Requests

Attribution.ai supports deletion requests for account data, connected integration data, and approval or reviewer test data. This page is the public source of truth for deletion-related support and app review submissions.
How to request deletion
Email support@attribution.ai from the account owner or an authorized admin and include the workspace name, connector name if relevant, and whether the request is for account deletion, test data deletion, or connected integration data removal.
Information to include
Include the email on the account, the brand or workspace name, the store, advertiser, seller, or shop identifier when applicable, and the specific systems that should be disconnected or removed.
What we delete or disconnect
Depending on the request, we can remove application account records, disconnect OAuth integrations, revoke stored tokens, and delete synced data associated with the requested workspace or test environment, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 2 business days and confirm the action taken or any required identity verification before completing the request.
Reviewer and approval test data
For platform approvals, reviewer accounts and seeded demo data can be reset or removed after review. Include the connector name and the review asset identifier in the request so we can target the correct test environment quickly.
