Setting Up Amazon, Snapchat, and Klaviyo Integrations
Setting Up Amazon, Snapchat, and Klaviyo Integrations
Beyond the major ad platforms, Attribution.ai supports Amazon Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Klaviyo. Each integration follows a similar connection flow and provides spend and performance data for attribution analysis.
Amazon Ads
Setup
- Go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect next to Amazon Ads.
- Sign in with your Amazon Advertising account credentials.
- Select the marketplace and advertiser profile to connect.
- Grant read access to campaign reporting data.
What Is Synced
- Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display spend
- Click, impression, and ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) metrics
- Campaign and ad group level breakdowns
Notes
Amazon Ads data typically has a 48-72 hour reporting delay. This is an Amazon-side limitation. Attribution.ai will show the most recent available data and backfill as Amazon finalizes its reports.
Snapchat Ads
Setup
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations and click Connect next to Snapchat Ads.
- Log in to your Snapchat Business account and authorize Attribution.ai.
- Select the ad account to connect.
What Is Synced
- Campaign, ad squad, and ad-level spend data
- Swipe-up clicks, impressions, and video views
- Snapchat click IDs (ScCid) for conversion matching
Notes
Snapchat click IDs are captured automatically by the Attribution.ai pixel when visitors arrive from Snapchat ads. Ensure your ad URLs point directly to your Shopify store to preserve the ScCid parameter.
Klaviyo
Setup
- Go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect next to Klaviyo.
- Enter your Klaviyo Private API Key. You can find this in Klaviyo under Account > Settings > API Keys.
- Click Verify and Connect.
What Is Synced
- Email and SMS campaign performance (sends, opens, clicks, revenue)
- Flow performance data
- Campaign metadata for matching email-driven conversions
Notes
Klaviyo integration enables Attribution.ai to properly attribute revenue to email and SMS marketing. Without this integration, email-driven purchases may be misattributed to direct traffic or the last paid ad touchpoint.
General Troubleshooting
- Token expiration: All platform tokens can expire. If an integration shows a warning, re-authorize from the Integrations page.
- Data delays: Each platform has different reporting latencies. Amazon is the slowest at 48-72 hours, while Snapchat and Klaviyo are typically available within a few hours.
- Disconnecting: To remove an integration, click the three-dot menu on the integration card and select Disconnect. Historical data will be retained.
